vegetarian and vegan lifestyle

A plant-based diet has an anti-inflammatory effect, but if you follow a vegetarian or even vegan lifestyle it can be difficult, although not impossible, to provide your body with all the necessary nutrients.


Especially in times of increasing demands, be it acute or chronic illnesses, stress, lack of sleep and much more, it can happen that a plant-based diet is no longer sufficient to provide the body with enough nutrients, which are normally found in larger quantities in animal food.


Some vegetarians and vegans therefore give up this lifestyle after a few years because they feel increasingly tired. But this is not the only option.
