Longevity
     Anti-Aging
          Well-Aging

Aging is a natural process of life - and of course we can't really stop it - neither with cosmetic surgery, nor with creams or Botox to paralyze certain muscles in the face and of course not - surprise - with high-dose nutrient therapy. What we can do, however, is slow down the aging process and make it healthier.

Have you ever noticed that most smokers eventually have more wrinkles on their faces than non-smokers of the same age? This is due to the exposure to toxins and the production of free radicals through smoking. These free radicals form in all of us to a certain degree - even if we don't smoke. And it is precisely these free radicals that lead to skin aging, among other things. As we age, our antioxidative systems, the very ones that fight free radicals, continue to decline. This is where therapeutic interventions can be implemented.
Chronic inflammation also leads to skin aging (via radical formation).

If you want to age healthily, in the sense of well-aging, it is not just about skin aging, but also about aging on the inside, in the organs. These can also be supported.

A concept that focuses intensively on slowing down the aging process is called longevity. The goal here is a longer lifespan while maintaining health. I would be happy to develop individual strategies with you that can help you age more healthily and vitally.

What are your personal preconditions for aging? Let's explore this together.
