Discomfort – not feeling optimal

Have you ever told someone that you've been feeling more tired lately or that this or that is hurting you, only to be told, "We're not getting any younger" or "We're just getting older"?
Of course, none of us are getting any younger, but I wouldn't just accept our fate. There are often reasons why we don't feel optimally well and productive.


But tiredness, exhaustion and joint or muscle pain are not the only things that fall into these "minor ailments". It can just as easily be digestive disorders, constant or repeated infections, sleep disorders or mood swings without any organic causes being found by the family doctor and which have not improved with a change in diet, more exercise, relaxation or psychotherapy.
A look behind the scenes, namely into the biochemistry of your body, can be a real eye-opener. By correcting deficiencies in micronutrients and/or balancing hormonal imbalances, the system can be calmed down and thus improved.
