Burn-out and fatigue

Contrary to the common belief that burnout and fatigue are only caused by too much stress and will disappear on their own if you lead a stress-free or at least stress-reduced life, there are many more contributing factors that can lead to burnout.
In addition to chronic stress, a micronutrient deficiency, a chronically inflammatory metabolism, a hormonal imbalance, a derailment of the immune system and many other factors can also have an impact on our stress tolerance.
A burn-out therefore usually affects not only the soul and mind, but also our body. Our physical reserves are literally burnt out.
Of course, we should reduce stress and do stress reduction measures such as yoga, Qi Gong, breathing exercises or mindfulness. However, it is also worth taking a look at your metabolism to support the recovery of your body, mind and soul. Freely adapted from the famous saying of the Roman poet Juvenal "Mens sana in corpore sano", "a healthy mind in a healthy body".
Together we can explore how we can support you in body, mind and soul.
