Philosophy

As part of a holistic approach, I see all my patients as individuals with unique biochemical metabolic pathways. Just as we all look different on the outside and not every blonde woman with blue eyes looks the same, it is the same inside our body - in the organs and in the cells.
Every person has a different metabolism, which I want to explore and optimize in collaboration with my patients. If we face adversities in life, such as stress or illness, this can lead to shifts in the metabolism towards unfavorable compensation mechanisms depending on individual weaknesses. For example, in the case of an acute infection, production of radicals by our immune cells is a desired mechanism for fighting pathogens. However, if this process is constantly triggered latently because pathogens or some other trigger could not be effectively combated, our system tips over into permanent inflammation, which, among other things, results in a continuous increase in production of radicals, which damages tissues in the long term and is responsible for an increased consumption of micronutrients.  A production of radicals and micronutrient deficiencies lead to further devastating consequences in our system. This is where I would like to start together with my patients by providing individual diagnostics and a subsequent, tailored therapy. Depending on the results of the diagnosis, targeted high-dose micronutrients such as vitamins, minerals and the likes, as well as herbal active ingredients, bioidentical hormones or, in exceptional cases, medications are used therapeutically.

As part of the treatment, I will explain connections in detail so that you, as a well-informed patient, stand behind our joint decisions and understand why something is being examined and treated. This is individualized medicine, tailored to the values, needs and wishes of each individual. Our aim is to move away from illness and towards health, health maintenance and well-being so that you can enjoy your life to the full.
